My youngest loves this toy. He doesn't even watch the show, so it isn't just because of the characters. He loves pulling them apart and putting them back together. They are more sturdy than they look, and are still as good as new after months of play.

At first my son ran away from this toy. Then I placed Eubie and Wayne by the TV. After watching TV for a while my son suddenly asked, "Where's Twinkle?" Once I showed him that Twinkle was inside Wayne, my son could not get enough of opening up each doll and getting the one inside, then putting them back together again. He also enjoys lining up the dolls by size. It's intriguing to watch him learning that the bigger ones cannot go inside the smaller ones, and that they can't fit in upside down. I am hoping that opening and closing the dolls will help him build his hand strength. I also think that the toy helps him relate the 2 dimensional TV show to the 3 dimensional real world. I am please with the quality and value of this toy!
